We maintain several houses and small apartment buildings. This includes 9 properties which provide 44 units of housing for women and their families. RHAG provides housing for approximately 100 tenants. It was their goal that RHAG provide a safe space for tenants to participate and develop leadership skills. Since 1991, RHAG’s Tenant Involvement Plan has been in effect. Over 40% of Board members are tenants, and tenants are employed to fulfill 50% of the day-to-day property maintenance. RHAG assists tenants to live independently and to maintain their housing.
